Ekaterina Osani is a highly motivated professional with a robust academic background. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation, which form the bedrock of her expertise. Ekaterina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenced in Texas. Her credentials extend further with an Enrolled Agent license, which is recognized across all 50 US states.
With years of successful experience in tax in one of the Big4 firms, she transitioned towards new horizons and established her own tax and bookkeeping practice.
Ekaterina’s goal is to provide personalized services to her clientele and design powerful tax strategies to save her clients more money on taxes, so they can build the life they want. She is passionate about what she does and is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations. A diligent and committed professional, with a direct and honest approach, Ekaterina is focused and driven to provide a direct and professional service to all her clients, year after year.

Who are your bookkeeping services for?

What if I don’t have Quickbooks or an accounting software?
That’s ok! I can walk you through the options of what will best suit your business. Even if you’ve been in business for months and still don’t have an accounting software, no problem at all. I can get you started today!
What if my business income varies from month to month?
Many businesses have busy seasons where some months are more profitable than other months! I can set up a consultation to review your books and decide what will best suit your business.
Do I need audited financial statements to prepare my business tax return?
No, you do not need audited financial statements to prepare business tax returns. Private companies are not legally required to submit to independent audits. However, in many cases, these companies need audited financial statements for business purposes. Lenders and insurance companies may require audited financial statements before agreeing to extend loans or certain types of insurance policies.
Can you sign off on my financial statements?
No. I can prepare your financial statements for you to view, however, I do not audit or sign off on your financial statements. If you do need audited financial statements, I can refer you to someone else.
What if business isn’t going well and I feel nervous about reaching out?
